Today Samajam operates from 7 Centres for the convenience of patients. The centres are categorized from Budget to luxury depending on the facilities they offer. The centre in Chennai is the oldest and the latest is in Port Blair. The 7 centres are located in Andamans, Calicut, Cochin, Guruvayur, Madras, Palakkad and Trivandrum apart from the Shoranur Hub centre.

The main hospital unit in Shoranur and also the other centres, provide medical and the nursing services meticulously well organized. Senior physicians, Residential medical staff, male and female technical staff, nursing and pharmacy staff and complimentary facilities for food, accommodation, communication, travel and security are maintained in every unit. Every effort is taken to make sure that the patients feel at home while they are with the Samajam.
